If anyone has been thinking about trying out one of my masks, now is a great time! 

The theatre in my hometown is running a Go Digital or Go Dark campaign to raise funds so they can convert to digital. They are in danger of closing if they can't raise the money required and I decided to try and help out through an auction. The proceeds of this auction will go directly to the theatre's campaign.

I've been super busy this year, trying to finish costumes and a whole lot of masks too. This year I'm a trinket goblin and my sister is a sea dragon. I'll add a couple pictures of my costume a bit. I can't really say that it's 100% finished, because we tend to add new bits and baubles as time goes on, but it is complete enough to show.

So far this season, I managed to snag some kick butt original art from a new vendor and add about a hundred other things to my wish list. I only wish my checkbook could cope with it all.

I've still got two digital drawings, numerous masks and I can't even count how much other work that's still in progress. *sigh* I think sometimes that I should rename my whole blog to In Progress. Of course, it would probably help if I updated that as well.

With all this unfinished work hanging over my head, what did I do today? Clean. Yup, I'm one of those weirdos that can't manage to function well without an orderly (at least in my mind) environment.

Since losing my full time job last October, my available space for everything has severely downgraded, which really is not helping the situation. I mean sure I could get rid of a few boxes of art supplies, but am I going to? Nope. Can't do it.

So, here I am still swiffering, restacking boxes, sorting and otherwise ignoring my ginormous stack of unfinished work.

The last few days I've been working on some new t-shirt and misc merchandise designs for my shop. I uploaded a couple examples previous to typing this and I'll add a few more after. I hope there are some vampire fans out there as these all seem to be vamp related in some way.

Projects in the works include more t-shirt designs, masks, self publishing a few artbooks, an art contest to promote those books, starting some ATCs, and maybe if I'm lucky I'll manage to squeeze in some cg drawing/painting.
